All personal facilitation utilizes many of the tools of Access Consciousness® as well as a lifetime study of various mind-body awareness techniques. Online or phone consultations are available! In person sessions may include various forms of bodywork, such as: acupuncture, hands-on osteopathic manipulations, visceral manipulation, energetic bodywork, and more. Each session seeks to support and empower you to cultivate, trust, and strengthen your awareness.

This work demands that you become less concerned with the details of a problem or challenge than with the energy at the root of it. By addressing the energy of the thoughts, opinions, conclusions, or judgments that lock problems or challenges into place (which can be bound into the tissues of your body as well), you playfully discover ways to let go of the pains of the past and become empowered to make new choices.

The goal of these sessions is for you to become equipped with skills and tools that can be applied across all areas of your life to help you move toward your personal targets.

Each time you work with Mônica, you will be encouraged physically, mentally,  emotionally and energetically to consider past choices, to become aware of what choices are available to you today, and the infinite possibilities those choices can create. All that is required of you is the desire for change and the willingness to notice, to acknowledge what is, and to lay down your judgments about the rightness or wrongness of your perspective.

Energetic Synthesis of Structural Embodiment (ESSE) is a unique body work that combines Access Consciousness™ with hands on manipulation techniques targeting the connective tissue located throughout every inch of the body. ESSE is designed to create changes in the structure and form of the body resulting in an ease with movement, function and the energetic body systems. ESSE can be perceived as deep tissue work as well as energy work. All the connective fascial tissue of the body from the cellular level to the major body systems can be affected by this hands-on and energetic method of manual therapy. Combined with movement, this body work facilitates a physical unwinding that can result in vast improvement in even the most stubborn structural difficulties.
